How much does Veylo cost?
Veylo is completely free for drivers. You search, compare and book at no charge. The price of the service itself is set by the shop.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Veylo works inside Telegram — just open the bot. Nothing to download or register separately.
How do I know a shop is trustworthy?
Every partner is moderated before going live. Ratings come only from real clients, and verified shops carry a PRO badge.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. In “My bookings” you can reschedule or cancel in a few taps — the shop is notified instantly.
Which cities does Veylo cover?
Currently Kovel, Lutsk, Novovolynsk, Volodymyr, Rivne and Lviv. The list keeps growing.
How do I leave a review?
After a completed booking Veylo invites you to rate the shop and leave a review. That helps other drivers choose better.
For partners
How do I connect my car service?
Submit a request via the Telegram bot: name, city and contacts. After a short moderation you get a partner profile.
How much does it cost for partners?
Registration is free, the first 30 days are commission-free. After that — a transparent subscription or a small commission on online bookings.
How do I manage bookings and schedule?
All in Telegram: new requests arrive instantly, you confirm them and set slots, days off and services right from your phone.
