This Privacy Policy explains how Veylo (“we”, “the service”) collects, uses and protects user information. By using Veylo, you agree to this Policy.
1. What data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:
- your Telegram profile ID and name;
- contact details you add yourself (phone, city);
- your booking details: shop, service, date and time;
- vehicle data if you add it in “Garage”;
- technical session data required for the bot to work.
2. How we use data
Data is used solely to provide the service: creating and confirming bookings, reminders, connecting you with the shop, and improving the platform.
3. Sharing with third parties
We pass the shop only the information needed to fulfil your booking. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
4. Storage and protection
Data is stored using modern technical and organisational safeguards. Access is limited to authorised persons.
5. Your rights
